We act as one reliable contractor and perform the full services of design, construction and installation works. We work «on a turn-key basis» – from developing detailed engineering, design specification and budget documentation up to commissioning works. We take responsibility for choosing of subcontractors. Depending on the agreement we can work using customer’s materials or to assist the customer to make a right choice and purchase the materials. The customer gets saving in time and in budget.
When planning construction it is very important to have a clear idea how the object will look like in reality. We develop the detailed engineering and with the help of 3D modeling present to the customer the visualization of the future building.
Designing in BIM-technologies allows changing of any parameters with automatic change of other data, which essentially shortens the design time.
