To secure rated degree of operating safety and rated electric power quality level in case of emergency situation (fire).
- development of design documentation and calculation of the pumping station power supply line capacity in accordance with VdS CEA 4001 (270 кV rated capacity);
- installation of cable line to the pumping station;
- laying of communication cable between the pumping station and a new production hall.
The consumer’s power supply is designed for the 1st special category of reliability.
Armored cable is designed. Cable lines are laid below ground to eliminate possible consequences of technogenic situations with respect to reliability of the fire pumps power supply cable line.
In crossing section of the cable lines with the motor roads and other engineering networks the cable is laid in the protective tubes.
The reactive power compensator is arranged in the direct vicinity of the pump, it is automatically switched on in conjunction with the engine.
The Client has gained the reliable power supply source for the firefighting pumping station.
The rated current and voltage losses have been reduced in the section of the cable power supply line of the pumping firefighting station.
The probability of cable line damage for the1st special category of reliability consumer has been minimized.
